EMT Refresher - 24 Hours

EMT Refresher Online

EMT & Fire Training Inc. is a CECBEMS accredited provider of the EMT B 24 Hour Refresher. This EMT Refresher is one of only two accredited courses available online that will qualify for the NREMT refresher.

EMT B 24 Hour Refresher - This refresher contains 14 hours of VILT lectures and 10 hours of DL lectures that fulfill the NREMT EMT B Refresher requirements. VILT lectures on all required topics are held multiple times each month and must be attended in our virtual classroom. Students may complete the DL lectures on their own time.

This EMT 24 hour refresher does not provide practical skills validation. Your training officer or medical director must help you fulfill this requirement.

VILT = Virtual Instructor Lead Training that takes place online in a virtual classroom. Students attend lectures at specific times and have LIVE access to instructors and interaction with other students. VILT is recognized and accepted as LIVE training and Continuing Education by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) as well as the Continuing Education Coordinating Board for Emergency Medical Services (CECBEMS).
DL = Distributive Learning activities that are self paced and may be completed online at the student's convenience. Students may stop and start lectures over any period of time until it is complete. DL activities are recognized and accepted as accredited Continuing Education by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) as well as the Continuing Education Coordinating Board for Emergency Medical Services (CECBEMS).
