A. Yes. To apply for licensure through reciprocity with the state of Tennessee, personnel must hold a current National Registry Certification at the application level. EMS levels in the state of Tennessee are First Responder, EMT Basic/IV, EMT IV Upgrade, Paramedic, EMD, Paramedic-Critical Care.
